Mphasis is seeking a Go-To-Market Lead for AI products to drive adoption and execution across the enterprise. The role blends GTM leadership with hands-on engineering and customer enablement to accelerate GenAI deployments in real-world workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AI experience or equivalent
• 3+ years in go-to-market leadership, technical product, solution engineering, or forward-deployed engineering
• Hands-on experience building with GenAI/LLMs and agent-based systems
• Strong programming skills with modern stacks and APIs
• 3+ years of cloud platforms (GCP or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute GTM strategies for enterprise AI capabilities, focusing on LLMs, agentic systems, and composable AI platforms
• Partner with business and engineering teams to design, prototype, and deploy GenAI and agentic solutions
• Lead workshops and create scalable enablement assets (SDKs, playbooks, prompt libraries)
• Translate business problems into GenAI architectures with patterns like RAG and multi-agent orchestration
• Establish tight feedback loops to influence platform roadmap and improve usability
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ensure governance, security, and responsible AI in deployments
