Job summary

KTek Resourcing LLC is seeking an experienced AI Program Manager in Phoenix to lead go-to-market strategy and AI product initiatives for enterprise clients. You will align cross-functional teams to drive adoption of Generative and Agentic AI solutions.

This role focuses on shaping AI product roadmaps, customer engagement, sales enablement, and executive-level demonstrations, translating AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in AI-related roles and 3+ years in GTM, technical product, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives and product roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Execs.
