Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Organization Change leader to guide AI-enabled transformations in the U.S. You will design and lead enterprise change programs, shaping how GenAI and digital tools reshape roles, skills, and ways of working for client organizations.

You will use data, analytics, and GenAI-enabled insights to inform decisions, coach teams, and sustain change across complex environments, travel as needed to support clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Organization Change management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a consulting practitioner or in an advisory/transformation role.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Products, Industrials industry.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data-driven environments.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change as ways of working evolve with AI and technology.
• Partner with clients to define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization, ensuring readiness and governance.
