Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Organization Change Management experience
• 3+ years as a consulting practitioner
• 3+ years working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
• 2+ years of Chemicals & Natural Resources experience
