Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in AI/Data Strategy consulting.
5+ years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting.
5+ years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
5+ years of large-scale global delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data reinvention.
Build client relationships as trusted advisor on AI, GenAI and data integration into business processes.
Define and structure AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies.
Assess maturity of AI/Data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation.
Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization, including tech and platform blueprint.
Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver the strategy.
Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, plan ecosystem partnerships and operating model.
Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
