Accenture seeks an AI & Data Strategy Manager to lead AI-enabled business reinvention and data strategy across client organizations. You will build trusted advisor relationships, shape AI-first roadmaps, and oversee responsible AI initiatives across global teams.

Role requires strong program management, leadership, and communication, with a focus on delivering scalable data products and AI platforms while driving growth and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 5+ years in AI/Data Strategy space including data management, governance, and analytics.
• 5+ years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 5+ years leading workstreams, meeting deadlines, and delivering large-scale global delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI, GenAI, and data-driven business reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on AI/data integration into processes.
• Define and structure AI/data strategy and enable data assets and AI platforms.
• Assess maturity of AI/data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundations.
• Develop blocks to become AI-first, including technology and operating models.
• Create business cases, roadmaps, and investments for strategy execution.
• Incorporate Responsible AI and partner ecosystems into the roadmap.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization.
