Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Consultant in California to shape AI-driven business reinvention, build client relationships, and define scalable data and AI strategies. You will assess organizational maturity, design operating models, and develop roadmaps that enable AI-first organizations while delivering measurable value for clients and stakeholders.

The role requires 4+ years in AI/data strategy consulting, Bachelor's degree, and strong program management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in AI and data strategy including data management, governance, and analytics.
• 4+ years of high-value consulting experience or internal consulting equivalent.
• 4+ years of leading workstreams and delivering large-scale engagements.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision for AI, GenAI and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships as trusted advisor for AI and data initiatives.
• Define AI and data strategy including technology, data assets and operating model.
• Assess maturity of AI/data strategy and data foundation.
• Develop blocks for AI-first organization and roadmap.
• Create business case and roadmap with revenue upside and cost takeout.
• Infuse Responsible AI and ecosystem partnerships into strategy.
