Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Manager to shape AI and data-driven transformations with enterprise impact. You will lead client conversations, create value-driven roadmaps, and define architectures for AI-first organizations.

The role requires senior consulting experience and strong stakeholder management. You will work across leadership teams to align AI strategies with business goals and guide capabilities from data governance to monetization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in AI and Data Strategy, including enterprise and function-specific data strategy, talent strategy, value case development, data management, and roadmapping.
• 5+ years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 5+ years of leading workstreams and global delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI, and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on AI, GenAI, and data integration into business processes.
• Define and structure AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI capabilities for growth.
• Assess maturity of AI/data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundations.
• Define building blocks for an AI-first organization including tech and platform blueprint.
• Create business case, investment profile and roadmap with revenue upside and cost-takeout.
• Infuse Responsible AI and foster innovation through ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
