Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Consultant in the United States to help clients reinvent their data and AI capabilities. The role emphasizes strategy, governance, and driving large-scale transformations across industries.

You will lead engagements, build trusted advisor relationships, and develop roadmaps for AI-first initiatives, while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 4+ years in AI and Data Strategy with enterprise-focused experience.
• Experience leading workstreams, delivering large-scale programs, and managing timelines.
• Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• As an AI & Data Strategy Consultant, shape vision and opportunities for AI, GenAI, and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on infusing AI/data into processes.
• Define and structure AI and data strategy to build assets, technologies, and growth.
• Assess maturity of AI/data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundations.
• Define building blocks for an AI-first organization including tech and operating model.
• Create business cases and roadmaps with revenue upside and cost-takeout plans.
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan ecosystem partnerships and governance.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operate AI solutions.
