You will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in AI/Data strategy or equivalent consulting, plus strong program management and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 4+ years in AI and Data Strategy or related consulting.
• 4+ years in high-value consulting or internal consulting.
• 4+ years leading workstreams and delivering large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on AI and data.
• Define and structure AI and data strategy for growth and competitive advantage.
• Assess maturity of AI and data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to AI-first organization and operating model.
• Create business cases and roadmaps to deliver strategy goals.
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan for ecosystem partnerships and governance.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop AI solutions.
