Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks an AI & Data Strategy Consultant to drive AI-led transformation for clients across industries. You will build trusted relationships, define data strategies and design scalable architectures aligned with business goals.

You will lead large delivery programs, manage talent and roadmaps, ensure Responsible AI governance, and create opportunities for AI-first products. Travel up to 80% as needed to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in AI and Data Strategy consulting or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience leading workstreams and large-scale delivery.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and communicate complex ideas.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships as trusted advisor on AI & data integration.
• Define and structure AI and data strategies for growth and competitive advantage.
• Assess maturity of AI/Data strategy, operating model and data foundations.
• Create building blocks for AI-first organization, including tech blueprint and operating model.
• Develop business cases and roadmaps to deliver strategy with revenue upside.
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan ecosystem partnerships and governance.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
