Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in AI and Data Strategy space including enterprise data strategy, talent strategy, value case development, data management, data analysis, and responsible AI.
• 5+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 5+ years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI and data into business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies.
• Assess maturity of AI and data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization, including tech and platform blueprint.
• Create business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver the strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and plan for ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
