Accenture is hiring an AI & Data Strategy Consultant to help clients reinvent with AI and data-driven strategies. You will shape vision, build credibility with executives, and define practical roadmaps for AI-enabled transformations across industries.

Role requires 4+ years in AI/Data Strategy, strong program management, and excellent communication. Travel up to 80% and a competitive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in AI and Data Strategy, including Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Data Analysis, Roadmap.
• Minimum 4 years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• Minimum 4 years of large-scale delivery experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI and data into business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth and competitive advantage.
• Assess maturity of AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working and data foundation.
• Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including tech and platform blueprint, data strategy and operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy (revenue upside and cost-takeout).
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, plan ecosystem partnerships, and define operating model for innovation.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
