Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Specialist with foundational Google GECX experience to design and implement modern GECX solutions for clients in a client-facing role. You will support delivery teams, work with senior architects, and contribute to end-to-end project execution.

The role involves developing GECX deployments, staying current on industry trends, and ensuring alignment with client business goals. Travel may be required across on-site engagements in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology transformation focusing on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Experience with Contact Center technologies and AI agent building across multiple platforms (AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE).
• Ability to align technology with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics and agent scorecards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery of complex, global service tech solutions for customer channels.
• Provide architectural guidance and analysis between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise-grade AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, and lifecycle observability.
