Job summary

You will oversee repair, assembly, and service activities, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

You will coordinate with sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations, manage spare parts and external services, and monitor costs and schedules using the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in assembly, maintenance, and repair of gearboxes and winches.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, ideally in drive technology.
• Structured, independent working style with high responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
• Experience in customer service or technical field service is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all workshop operations for repair, assembly, and service activities.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, including scheduling and quality assurance.
• Manage procurement and inventory of spare parts, consumables, and external services.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor customer orders, repair jobs, and service projects within the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards through inspections and final checks.
• Manage workshop resources, including personnel, equipment, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations for timely project execution.
• Monitor project costs, delivery schedules, and performance indicators.
• Support customer communications regarding repair status and delivery schedules.
• Review technical documentation and repair specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on productivity, quality, safety, and processes.
• Maintain records of workshop activities, procurement, and inspections in ERP.
