• Hands-on gearbox assembly, maintenance and repair experience.
• Experience coordinating workshop activities and projects.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with subcontractors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily workshop repair, assembly, and service activities.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor performance and quality.
• Plan and monitor customer orders, repairs and service projects in the ERP system.
• Manage workshop personnel, equipment, materials, and capacity.
• Procure parts, supplies, and external services.
• Perform and coordinate quality inspections and process controls.
• Review technical documentation and repair specifications.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations teams.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, and performance.
• Communicate with customers on status, requirements, and delivery.
• Support troubleshooting and mechanical repair at workshop and sites.
• Lead continuous improvement on productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain records in ERP systems, train staff and promote teamwork and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.
