Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with assembly, maintenance, and repair of gearboxes and winches.
• Strong mechanical systems understanding, especially drive technology.
• Structured, independent work style with high responsibility.
• Willingness to travel, including international assignments (≈20%).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all workshop operations for repair, assembly, and service activities.
• Supervise subcontractors; schedule, monitor performance, and ensure quality.
• Handle procurement and inventory of parts, materials, and external services.
• Plan and track customer orders and service projects in the ERP system.
• Ensure quality via inspections, controls, and final checks before delivery.
• Manage workshop resources, personnel, tools, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations for timely delivery.
• Monitor costs, timelines, and performance metrics to meet targets.
• Maintain client communications about repair status and requirements.
• Review technical docs and work instructions for accurate execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, safety, and processes.
