Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Workshop Operations Manager to oversee the assembly, maintenance, repair, and servicing of industrial gearboxes and winches. This role blends hands-on mechanical work with workshop leadership, resource planning, procurement, quality control, customer service, and project coordination.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with customers, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on gearbox repair and maintenance experience.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Willingness to travel 20% including international assignments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily workshop repair, assembly, and service activities.
• Supervise subcontractors, including scheduling, performance, and quality.
• Plan and monitor customer orders and service projects through the ERP system.
• Manage workshop personnel, equipment, tools, materials, spare parts, and capacity.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations teams to meet project requirements.
• Maintain accurate workshop, procurement, inspection, and project records in the ERP system.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence while ensuring safety.
