Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in assembly, maintenance and repair of gearboxes is REQUIRED.
• General technical understanding of mechanical systems is REQUIRED.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform mechanical repairs in-house and at customer sites is REQUIRED.
• Valid driver’s license is REQUIRED.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including international assignments, is REQUIRED.
• Onsite work in Ponchatoula, LA is REQUIRED.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset are REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly, maintenance and repair of gearboxes.
• Support troubleshooting activities and standard mechanical repairs.
• Work in-house and at customer sites to service mechanical systems.
• Review technical documentation, work instructions and repair specifications.
• Support inspections, process controls and final quality checks.
• Provide leadership and guidance to workshop personnel as applicable.
