EY is seeking a Manager in Government Contract Services to lead and support client engagements across the government contracting lifecycle. You will manage workstreams, supervise teams, analyze complex financial and operational data, and develop practical recommendations for clients under U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Possess at least one professional designation, such as CPA, CFE, CFA.
• Experience with FAR, CAS, DFARS and 2 CFR 200.
• Knowledge of prevailing wage requirements under SCLS/DBA/DBRA/IRA and Medicare/Medicaid/FSS.
• Proven ability to assess, interpret, and apply government acquisition, assistance award, and labor standards regulations.
• Ability to develop technical responses to government audits and remediation requests.
• Previous experience in a client facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to explain complex concepts.
• Ability to manage engagement teams 2–10 resources.
• Strong project and time management; ability to prioritize multiple engagements.
• Willingness to travel; reliable transportation; driver’s license recommended.
