EY’s Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps organizations navigate the lifecycle of U.S. Government contracts and grants, providing advisory, compliance, pricing, and audit readiness services.

As a Manager, you will lead engagements, supervise teams, and develop practical recommendations for clients operating under federal requirements. You will assess compliance risks, respond to government audits, and help clients strengthen cost accounting, pricing, and financial reporting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Possess at least one professional designation, such as CPA, CFE, CFA.
• Understanding and applying U.S. federal regulatory requirements (FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200, SCLS, DBA/DBRA, IRA) and labor standards.
• Ability to develop technical responses to government award audits and remediation requests.
• Experience in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage engagement teams of 2–10 resources.
• Strong project and time management, prioritization across multiple engagements.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary.
• Access to reliable transportation; driver's license recommended.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support client engagements throughout the government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams, supervise team members, analyze financial and operational data, develop practical recommendations.
• Help clients assess compliance risks, respond to government audits, strengthen business systems and controls.
• Develop compliant cost accounting structures and improve processes for pricing, estimating, billing, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting.
