EY is seeking a Manager in Government Contract Services to lead client engagements across the U.S. government contracting lifecycle, managing teams and advising on pricing, cost accounting, and compliance.

You will work on complex regulatory requirements, respond to audits, and help improve clients’ controls and systems within a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates have a accounting/finance background, professional designations, and experience with FAR/CAS and labor standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field required.
• Professional designation (CPA/CFE/CFA) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal regulations (FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200) and labor standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements through government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams and supervise 2–10 resources.
• Analyze complex financial data and develop practical compliance recommendations.
• Help clients respond to audits and improve cost accounting processes.
• Contribute to proposals and practice development.
