Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a GCS Contractor Program Manager to lead gas & chemical systems contractor readiness at the Taylor site. You will partner with contractors, GCS engineering, and internal teams to ensure compliance with SOPs, NSWP, and Samsung processes, driving world-class operations and safe performance.

• Experience overseeing contractor programs and safety compliance.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce SOPs/NSWP.
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee readiness and performance of GCS contractors at the Taylor site.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and NSWP in collaboration with engineering.
• Ensure headcount alignment and training of contractor workforce.
• Drive continuous improvement to safety and reliability in material supply.
