Job summary

Sogeti, part of the Capgemini Group, is seeking an M365 Hands-On Architect for direct employment. The role focuses on delivering M365 solutions with emphasis on GCC environments, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and SharePoint modernization.

You will architect and deliver across SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, lead tenant migrations, and provide hands-on technical leadership and client-facing support throughout projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience.
• Background with GCC or GCC High.
• Proven experience with T2T migrations.
• SharePoint Online migrations and customization familiarity.
• PowerPlatform hands-on knowledge (Power Automate, minimally).
• Solid M365 identity, security, and PowerShell skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver M365 solutions across SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Support and implement solutions in M365 GCC environments.
• Deliver SharePoint Online migrations and light customizations (SPFx, PowerPlatform).
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and client-facing support throughout projects.
