Job summary
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior Analyst to administer and engineer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and automation solutions for the GCC High environment. You will support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, Purview, and Copilot capabilities while handling tickets and incidents.
The role emphasizes designing and developing new use cases, coordinating with security and engineering teams, and prioritizing deliverables in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, and Teams.
- Experience supporting Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Experience supporting Microsoft Purview, specifically Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and sensitivity labels.
- Experience supporting Entra, Active Directory.
- Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Strong Office experience, particularly with Excel.
Responsibilities
- Support a Microsoft 365 platform including Office apps, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, Purview, and Copilot capabilities.
- Handle user tickets/incidents and contribute to designing and developing new use cases and capabilities.
- Collaborate with security, identity, and engineering teams to streamline deployments and improve efficiency.
