Job summary
Re:Build Manufacturing seeks a hands-on Microsoft 365 Integration Lead to own a critical technology transformation, migrating from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 GCCH and building the collaboration, identity, security, and end-user environment for the team.
You will partner with the current IT Lead, bring migration expertise, create plans, support execution, and help employees transition smoothly in a fast-paced, production-focused setting.
Qualifications
- Seven+ years designing, building, supporting enterprise infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience leading Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations.
- 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Office, Defender.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, including discovery, planning, pilot, cutover, stabilization, and post-migration support.
- Assess current Google Workspace setup: users, data, permissions, integrations, workflows; build a practical migration roadmap.
- Design and configure the target Microsoft 365 environment across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Defender.
