Job summary
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a M365 Platform Senior Analyst to administer and engineer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and automation in the GCC High environment. You will support Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and related Power Platform capabilities, handling user tickets and incidents.
You will design and develop solutions for these applications, plan tasks with stakeholders, and collaborate with security, identity, and engineering teams to streamline deployments and improve
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, and Teams.
- Experience supporting Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience supporting Microsoft Purview, specifically Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and sensitivity labels
- Experience supporting Entra, Active Directory
- Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Strong Office experience, particularly with Excel
- Good communication (oral and written) and customer skills
- Work independently and as part of a larger group to achieve team objectives
Responsibilities
- Provide administration and engineering support for the Microsoft 365 platform (Office apps, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
- Handle user tickets/incidents and design/develop solutions for new use cases and capabilities.
- Plan tasks and schedules, prioritize deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with security, identity, and engineering teams to streamline deployment workflows and improve efficiency
