Job summary

Viasat is seeking a Cloud Engineer focused on GCC-H deployment to administer the full suite of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) in a GCC-H environment. You will implement security controls, ensure compliance with FedRAMP and NIST standards, and support B2B collaborations with partners.

Responsibilities include monitoring M365 health, automating tasks with PowerShell, and coordinating with government bodies on security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration in a large-scale environment.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, CMMC and related security controls.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting to automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all M365 services in GCC-H environments.
• Handle support tickets and troubleshoot M365 issues quickly.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, and CMMC.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate M365 with other systems.
• Monitor availability and performance; deploy patches and manage incidents.
• Provide stakeholder reporting and project support.
