Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with ~8 years of advisory experience in finance shared services or transformation.
• Master's degree with ~7 years of advisory experience is advantageous.
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience leading large, multi-functional transformation programs and engaging C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients in GBS strategy and operating models.
• Sell, deliver, and manage GBS transformation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and contribute to recruitment.
• Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and reusable assets.
• Drive governance, performance dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
