Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with approximately 8 years of related work experience or a master's with approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience in advisory services in finance function—design, performance management, shared services, outsourcing.
• Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements at executive levels and drive sales and practice development.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across multiple functions.
• Develop future-state process architectures, governance, service catalogs, and organizational structures.
• Mentor and coach teams while supporting recruitment and capability building.
