Job summary

EY seeks a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead GBS strategy, operating models, and transformation across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and technology. You will guide cross-functional teams, engage C-suite stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement for large multinational clients.

You will shape practice development, contribute to proposals, and mentor teams while building sector-focused offerings and asset libraries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 7–8 years advisory experience.
• Experience in finance transformation, shared services, or outsourcing.
• Experience leading large teams and managing engagements.
• ERP implementation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies.
• Sell, deliver, and manage GBS transformation programs.
• Develop future-state process architectures and governance models.
• Shape cross-functional service management frameworks and dashboards.
• Mentor teams, support recruitment, and develop offerings.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy and thought leadership.
