Job summary

EY's Global Business Services team is seeking a Senior Manager to shape and deliver GBS strategy and operating models for diverse clients across finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and technology. You will lead engagements, guide cross-functional teams, and partner with C-suite stakeholders to drive transformation and value.

In addition to project delivery, you will contribute to go-to-market efforts, develop sector offerings, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience in finance, HR, or operations.
• 8+ years of advisory experience in Finance Transformation or Shared Services design.
• Experience leading large multi-process transformation programs and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements at executive levels and drive sales and practice development.
• Guide cross-functional teams to deliver GBS transformations with automation and analytics.
• Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and reusable assets.
• Mentor team members and contribute to recruitment and capability building.
