Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related work experience; or master's degree and 5+ years.
• Experience in advisory services in finance function: design, performance management, shared services, outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies.
• Sell, deliver, and manage GBS transformation projects across multiple areas.
• Mentor teams, support recruitment, and develop capabilities.
• Coordinate with executives and drive governance, SLAs/OLAs, dashboards.
