Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies, focusing on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement.

You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, and contribute to practice development and go-to-market initiatives within a collaborative, hybrid work model in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with ~6 years of related work experience; or a master's with ~5 years.
• Advisory experience in finance function design, performance management and outsourcing.
• Experience leading large-scale finance transformation and ERP implementations preferred.

Responsibilities
