Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across domestic and large multinational companies, focusing on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement.

You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, and contribute to go-to-market strategy, sector offerings, and talent development. The role offers visibility and high-impact programs across multiple industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus ~6 years of related work experience, or a Master's with ~5 years of experience.
Experience in finance transformation, shared services, outsourcing advisory.
ERP implementations and large-scale engagement leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements and executive workshops, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across multiple functions.
Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and reusable assets.
Mentor teams and contribute to recruitment and capability building.
Drive cross-functional service management frameworks and governance models.
Coordinate with digital/tech teams to embed AI, RPA, and data platforms.
