Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead engagements across finance, HR, supply chain and technology. You will guide cross-functional teams, engage C-suite stakeholders, and shape operating models for multinational clients.

The role includes practice development, go-to-market strategy, and talent development to drive value across industries. The position offers a hybrid model with substantial visibility and opportunities to influence large transformation programs,

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience in providing advisory services in the finance function covering operating model design, performance management, shared services and outsourcing.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP implementations; strong business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focusing on GBS strategy, operating model design and performance improvement.
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Mentor and coach team members; participate in recruitment and capability building.
• Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing offerings and contribute to proposals and market initiatives.
• Direct cross-functional teams; facilitate executive workshops and steering committees.
