Responsibilities

• Greet and direct all vehicles and guests entering the Resort and Club.
• Maintain awareness of lodge arrivals, events, reservations, deliveries, and ongoing activities.
• Provide a friendly, professional environment with proper greetings and information.
• Assist with safety matters, respond to emergencies, and support other areas as needed.
• Communicate rules of the club to members and guests; attend required meetings.
• Assist overnight cleaning oversight and prepare shift notes for the team.
