Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Gatehouse attendant to enforce access control and provide outstanding customer service within the community. The role involves screening visitors, contractors, and residents to determine admissibility and directing traffic as needed.

Responsibilities include recording all traffic in the access control system, reporting incidents to the Management Office, keeping the gatehouse neat, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior gatehouse experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• 2 years: recent related experience as a Front Desk or Gatehouse attendant.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct traffic at the gatehouse in a friendly, professional manner.
• Screen visitors, contractors, vendors, employees, real estate agents, or anyone seeking admittance to determine eligibility.
• Record all traffic entering the property in the access control system (KWIC).
• Observe, record, and communicate actions or incidents to Management Office or Security.
• Complete paperwork ensuring reports are legible and in order.
• Keep the gatehouse clean at all times and ensure only authorized personnel enter.
• Follow proper telephone etiquette and greet callers with the specified phrase.
