This full‑time swing‑shift role pays $20.00 per hour. You will patrol, log incidents, respond calmly to issues, and help deter unauthorized activity while upholding the company’s values of integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, maintain logs, and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential areas, parking, amenities, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document daily activities and incidents in accordance with reporting procedures.
