Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by enforcing access-control procedures and policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify access, and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Document incidents and communicate findings to leadership and site representatives.
