Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Gated Townhome Community Access Control in Fullerton, CA. You will serve residents, visitors and vendors, monitor entry points, verify access, and maintain a visible security presence.

This overnight position offers pay of $20 per hour and duties include responding to incidents, documenting observations, and enforcing site procedures with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

As a Security Officer Full Time Gated Townhome Community Access Control in Fullerton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help support a welcoming residential community by monitoring entry points, verifying access, and assisting residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism. You will maintain a visible presence, communicate clearly, report security-related concerns, and help to deter unauthorized activity while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of community common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Document observations, incidents, and access-related activity in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
