The role involves patrols, incident response, and enforcing community policies with a focus on safety and excellent customer service. Regular shifts include Mon/Tue/Sat/Sun with varied start times.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen are applicable as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors and visitors while following site-specific procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for residents, guests, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Maintain visitor, vendor, and incident records and report access concerns to management.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and emergencies.
• Conduct regular patrols of community areas to deter unauthorized activity.
