Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident, guest, and vendor customer service while enforcing site access control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and document activity for authorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents and resident concerns per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols around the property and report unusual activity.
• Communicate access requests and incidents to residents, staff, and supervisors.
