Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Gated Townhome Community Access Control in Fullerton, CA. You will serve residents, visitors and vendors, monitor entry points, verify access, and maintain a visible security presence.

This overnight position offers pay of $20 per hour and duties include responding to incidents, documenting observations, and enforcing site procedures with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors and delivery personnel while enforcing access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization, maintain logs, and report access concerns.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of community areas and entrances; vary by location.
• Document observations and access-related activity per site procedures.
