Position is full-time with a daytime to evening schedule. A valid background check and drug screen are required where permitted by law. Prior badge/access control experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors following community procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for residents, guests, contractors, and deliveries.
• Maintain visitor, vendor, and incident records and report access concerns.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and security-related situations.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
