Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process customers' tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on items, and assign seats.
• Provide information on arrival/departure times, procedures, and seating.
• Handle denied boarding, assist volunteers, and provide hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers when appropriate.
• Ensure FAA, airline, and airport regulations are followed; enforce safety and security measures.
• Read and write English; read and follow instructions; be able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
