Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or equivalent industry experience required.
• At least five years of experience with three+ years in pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred and a HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives to meet or exceed plans.
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and conduct post-call evaluations to improve performance.
• Build trusted customer relationships and align with AbbVie’s values and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute call plans to optimize coverage and frequency for key customers.
• Share market insights with in-field and brand teams to adapt strategy to changes.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value and engage disease state experts and speakers for brand support.
