Qualifications

• Proficiency in PC-based systems and software; familiarity with scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Validate and manage patient demographic data and physician information.
• Coordinate scheduling of procedures, admissions, and appointments across departments.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with financial counseling when needed.
• Maintain provider schedules and update CPT coding and case information.
• Communicate with patients and departments to optimize admission and scheduling processes.
• Enter and update appointments in scheduling systems and hospital databases.
