Duly Health and Care is hiring a Patient Service Representative for Gastroenterology in Warrenville, IL. This full-time role involves front desk duties, patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, co-pay collections, and EPIC record maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in EPIC or similar EMR systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check-in/out; schedule appointments.
• Answer phones, route inquiries and outbound calls for scheduling.
• Collect co-pays and reconcile daily transactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EPIC.
• Support provider schedules and improve patient access.
• Monitor wait times and communicate delays empathetically.
