You will implement brand strategy, manage accounts, and drive sales performance while placing patients at the center of all efforts. The role requires experience in pharmaceutical sales, a suitable degree, and HCIR credentialing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred; relevant industry experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Proven track record in selling with strong presentation skills; ability to adapt to customer style and needs
• English language proficiency in speaking and writing

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and achieve brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and evaluate post-call outcomes to improve sales performance
• Build trusted customer relationships and achieve win‑win outcomes with AbbVie and customers
• Develop and execute call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities across key accounts
• Stay informed on customer needs, market dynamics, competitors, and disease areas to optimize brand strategy
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and identify disease state experts and speakers to maximize brand impact
